It's a pleasure to share some of my work from Dune: Part 2 while working at DNEG Vancouver. I worked as an Environment Generalist TD and Digital Matte Painter, working mainly in Clarisse, Houdini, Photoshop, Nuke, and Zbrush. In this shot I recreated the cliff from modelling and texturing to shading in collaboration with other artists in the team. The background is a digital matte painting setup done in photoshop and nuke to align the time of day and setting with the adjacent shots.
