The Tomorrow War - Digital Matte Painting

I got to do a small stint on The Tomorrow War in early 2021. I would like to thank Karl Sisson my dmp lead and Sheldon Stopsack the VFX Supervisor at Weta Digital for their guidance and leadership on this project.

A lot of the work had been done by the time I came on to this show but I got to contribute to some scenes at the digital matte enhancement stage. This involved painting over CG lighting renders to enhance terrain and landscape, running and assembling clarisse setups and creating nuke scripts for look-development and comp handover. Others who I shared these shots with include Hyukil Kwon and Jayson Simpson, thanks team!
